Popis: Microwaves with 1×10-18 absolute instability were derived from two independent Yb optical clocks. The optical clock phase is reproduced at 10 GHz with 1×10-19 fidelity, demonstrating that state-of-the-art optical clock uncertainty and instability can be converted to microwaves without any degradation.
