Popis: Deformation texture plays an important influence on the mechanical properties and the anisotropy over Mo–La alloy products. In this work, Mo–La plates prepared by powder metallurgy process are unidirectionally rolled and annealed at various temperatures. And the texture, microstructure, mechanical properties, anisotropy and the correlation of Mo–La plates for the rolled and annealed states at different temperatures are analyzed and discussed. The results show that unidirectionally rolled Mo–La plates form grain orientation dominated by {001} $$\langle {11}0\rangle$$ and the texture types are not changed during annealing. With the increase of annealing temperatures, the orientation density of texture is increased first and then decreased, which is related to the movement of dislocations and the orientation of new nucleation grains is affected by the original rolled texture. The anisotropy of Mo–La plates is significantly weakened after being annealed, which is caused by the combined effects of the annealing texture, grain size, grain shape and dislocations.
