| Popis: | A strain of aerobic bacteria of the genus Pseudomonas is isolated from oil–contaminated water. Its properties and phylogenetic characteristics have been studied. Also, the influence of strain on the activation of the biological degradation of oil and oil products was tested. It is found that the method of introduction of the resulting strain at contaminated sites helps shorten the petroleum hydrocarbon degradation in the soil and aquatic ecosystems. Depending on the ambient temperature a 5 days recycling oil in an aqueous medium under the influence of the strain reaches 40–96%. |
