Popis:	The use and overuse of antibiotics resulted in the development of resistant strains bacteria. The two main categories of antibiotics in clinical use to day are, β-lactams and aminoglycosides. Since these are not active against the resistant strains of bacteria, there is an urgent need of discovering new compounds of better antibiotics active against the resistant strains of bacteria.
