One of the urgent tasks of nation-building in Russia – the strengthening of centripetal integration relations that form the Russian nation. The most part of modern States, which experience is of interest for practitioners – representatives of local authorities, leaders of national-cultural autonomies and other public organizations, face and solve such challenges.
