In this study parallelogramic cavity is modelled as an air-filled enclosure bounded by two isothermal and two insulated walls. The insulated walls are inclined at an angle δ to the vertical plane. The basic governing equations i.e., conservation of mass, momentum and energy are solved by the numerical solution technique developed by Gosman et al. [1, 2]. Average heat transfer coefficient based on the temperature difference of vertical walls indicates that the direction of heat flow plays an important role in the rate of heat flow. |
