Popis:	SummaryUsing « naturally labeled,13 C-glucose », we have investigated glucose oxidation during muscular exercise in a patient with MC ARDLE’s disease. This investigation has demonstrated that:— oral glucose administration improves muscular performance, the duration of exercise being doubled.— exogenous glucose oxydation begins early and contributes to about 1/3 of the total energy expenditure.
