The topic of the final qualifying work: "The project of a mini-CHP based on a counter-pressure steam turbine generator for the 1st Right-Bank boiler house of SUE"FECSPb"".The review of methods of integration of steam back-pressure steam turbine generators into thermal schemes of existing boiler houses is carried out. Based on it, a scheme of the projected mini-CHP has been developed. The choice of the manufacturer and the standard size of the block steam pressure turbine generator to meet the own needs of the 1st Right-Bank boiler house for electricity was made. As a result of the thermohydraulic calculations, the main equipment of the mini-CHP was selected. The description of the modes of operation of the energy source in the new conditions during the year is given. Various characteristics of the boiler house and mini-CHP for climatic data of each month, annual generation of electric and thermal energy, annual fuel consumption, capital costs for the construction of the engine room with newly commissioned equipment are determined. On the basis of these data, the technical and economic and financial indicators of the mini-CHP construction project were obtained. It is shown that taking into account the real dynamics of the project implementation and changes in tariffs over time, the discounted payback period is 5.8 years, the internal rate of return is 30,1%. |
