Popis:	The rare case of the fast development of amyloid cardiomyopaty in initial amyloidosis is described. The generalized amyloid lesion of vessels (especially the lesion of the heart and lungs), prolonged use of steroid therapy accelerating amyloidogenesis, incompetence of immune reactions promoting amyloid resorption inhibition served the great purpose in the gravity of the disease.
