Popis: | The accurate measurement of wet gas flow has become more important, thus, the sufficient experiments are essential to conduct deep-going research on wet gas flow measurement. A multi-parameter adjustable mist flow apparatus was developed in our lab. The flow medium was compressed air and water. The gas pressure-flowrate control module, and high-pressure micro-fog generator were designed for controlling pressure, atomization and liquid loading, which are difficulties for process control. The tests indicate that it provides stable mist flow with atomized droplets smaller than 50 micron, and the liquid mass loading can be controlled up to 0.35 at operation pressure ranging from 100 to 700 kPa. What's more, the calibration experiments of vortex flowmeter in wet gas flow were carried out. Time- and Frequency-Domain characteristics of vortex street signal were analyzed in detail. It is found that the over-reading of gas flowrate will increase with liquid mass loading and its growth rate is positive related to the operation pressure and Reynolds number. |
