Popis: Summary Two-tenths per cent bovine albumin in buffered saline solution has proved to be a highly satisfactory diluent for influenza and yellow fever viruses, having many advantages over serum. Chief among these are that it is easily prepared and, as far as is known, contains neither specific nor nonspecific virus-inactivating substances.
