Ð Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ ÑабоÑÑ Ð²Ñполнен Ð¾Ð±Ð·Ð¾Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð·Ð¼Ð° и влиÑÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿Ð°ÑамеÑÑов на Ð¾Ñ ÑÑпÑивание ÑвеÑдÑм меÑаллом. ЦелÑÑ ÑабоÑÑ ÑвлÑеÑÑÑ Ð¾Ñенка влиÑÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ°Ð´Ð¼Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð° Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸ÑеÑкие ÑвойÑÑва ÑиÑанового Ñплава ÐТ20. ÐÑÑем наÑиÑÐ°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑаллиÑеÑкого ÐºÐ°Ð´Ð¼Ð¸Ñ Ð¼Ð°Ñки ÐÐРна повеÑÑ Ð½Ð¾ÑÑÑ Ð¾Ð±ÑазÑа имиÑиÑовали наволакивание плаÑÑиÑного ÐºÐ°Ð´Ð¼Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð° повеÑÑ Ð½Ð¾ÑÑÑ ÑиÑановой деÑали Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð²ÐµÑÑ Ð½Ð¾ÑÑи ÑÑалÑной деÑали, пÑоведен анализ и оÑенка Ñ Ð¸Ð¼Ð¸ÑеÑкого ÑоÑÑава повеÑÑ Ð½Ð¾ÑÑи, а Ñакже ÑаÑÑмоÑÑено изменение Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸ÑеÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ñ Ð°ÑакÑеÑиÑÑик.РабоÑа пÑоведена на базе ÐР«ÐÐÐ-Ðлимов», где ÑобиÑалаÑÑ Ð·Ð½Ð°ÑиÑелÑÐ½Ð°Ñ ÑаÑÑÑ ÑакÑиÑеÑкого маÑеÑиала: ÑезÑлÑÑаÑÑ Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸ÑеÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¸ÑпÑÑаний, ÑÑакÑогÑаÑиÑеÑкого анализа.Ð ÑезÑлÑÑаÑе оÑÑабоÑан меÑод опÑÐµÐ´ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ ÑодеÑÐ¶Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ°Ð´Ð¼Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð° повеÑÑ Ð½Ð¾ÑÑи обÑазÑов, анализ моÑÑологии и ÑоÑÑава повеÑÑ Ð½Ð¾ÑÑи; пÑоанализиÑÐ¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ñ Ð¸Ð·Ð¼ÐµÐ½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸ÑеÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ñ Ð°ÑакÑеÑиÑÑик ÑиÑанового Ñплава. ÐÑÑÑнено, ÑÑо Ð´Ð»Ñ Ñплава ÐТ20 Ñ Ð°ÑакÑеÑно Ñнижение плаÑÑиÑеÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ñ Ð°ÑакÑеÑиÑÑик более, Ñем на 60%. Ðа оÑновании пÑоведеннÑÑ Ð¸ÑÑледований на ÐР«ÐÐÐ-Ðлимов» бÑло пÑинÑÑо ÑеÑение о невозможноÑÑи ÑикÑиÑÐ¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÑиÑановÑÑ Ð´ÐµÑалей кадмиÑованнÑми ÑÑалÑнÑми кÑепежами, во избежание ÑвеÑдомеÑаллиÑеÑкого Ð¾Ñ ÑÑпÑиваниÑ. The subject of the graduate qualification work is: «Solid Metal-Induced Embrittlement of titanium alloys in contact with cadmium». This work was aimed at studying the solid metal-induced embrittlement of titanium alloys. In the course of the work, a review was made of the mechanism and the influence of parameters solid metal-induced embrittlement. The aim of the work is to evaluate the effect of cadmium on the mechanical properties of titanium alloy ÐТ20. By rubbing metallic cadmium of the KÐO grade on the surface of the sample, we simulated the sheathing of plastic cadmium on the surface of a titanium part from the surface of a steel part, an analysis and evaluation of the chemical composition of the surface was carried out, and the change in mechanical characteristics was also considered.The work was carried out on the basis of ÐÐ "ÐÐÐ-Ðлимов", where a significant part of the factual material was collected: the results of mechanical tests, fractographic analysis.As a result, a method was developed for determining the cadmium content on the surface of samples, analysis of the morphology and composition of the surface; changes in the mechanical characteristics of the titanium alloy are analyzed. It was found that the ÐТ20 alloy is characterized by a decrease in plastic characteristics by more than 60%. Based on the research conducted at ÐÐ "ÐÐÐ-Ðлимов", it was decided that it was impossible to fix titanium parts with cadmium-plated steel fasteners, in order to avoid solid metal-induced embrittlement. |
