Popis: 1. Abstract Solitary Pulmonary Nodules (SPNs) are one of the most common thoracic radiological finding at computed tomography scans. However, d ealing with SPN is challenging for both surgeons and clinicians. Differentiating a benign from a malignant nodule is usually the major question in the evaluation of SPNs as it defines the proper subsequent management.
