Popis: | The mean-field equations are obtained to describe the model of ceramic superconductors at finite temperatures. Near the global coherent state formation temperature T cJ these equations coincide with the standard Ginzburg-Landau equations with coefficients depending on grain size and Josephson junction energy. The temperature dependence of ceramic lower critical field H J c1 has been investigated in wide temperature region (0 T T cJ ). It was shown that for real HTSC ceramics the function H J c1 ( T ) has an inflection. |
