Popis: Chronic Renal Disease (CRD) is a failure of the kidney. CRD caused by diabetes mellitus is reported to be the third mortality cause in Mexico. The Public Health System in Mexico is deficient in covering all the Replacement Therapy (RT) sessions needed by the population, leaving more than half unattended in that matter, people who therefore, due to the high cost of these sessions and their inability to pay for them, experience a deteriorated Quality of Life (QOL) converting in death. A high relation between the social area and QOL has been found in cases studying palliative care with patients receiving RT. An aim in the emotional wellbeing, focusing on depression was then taken. A solution was created, a system with a data base using cross-reference designed by clinical experts as an attempt to provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in high proportions and a lower cost.
