Popis: | This paper used double step compounding chitosan nanoparticles as carrier, took the virus's outer membrane NS1 shRNA delivery to cells,and simultaneous detection and characterization of chitosan-RNA Nanocomposites.The experiment results show that properties of chitosan-RNA nanocomposite is stable, using chitosan-RNA Nanocomposites as carrier carry shRNA transfecting B16-Blue INF-alpha/beta cells, shRNA can’t degradation by nuclear enzyme, improve cell absorbing and shRNA intracellular release.Experiments further confirmed that the chitosan - RNA Nanocomposites into the cell, NS1 shRNA is identified by RIG-I gene, induces gene expression of interferon, produces interferonItype, offers a new way for the application of new type of flu vaccine. |
