Popis:	We study the application of the finite-difference method to the solution of a two-point boundary-value problem for an m -order differential equation with nonlinear occurrence of a two-dimensional spectral parameter in coefficients of the equation and in boundary conditions. The convergence of approximate solutions of the discretized problems to exact solutions of the initial problem is substantiated.
