Popis:	The preparation of ( S )- and ( R )-1-(dimethoxyphosphoryl)allyl methyl carbonates is achieved on multigram scale from commercially available dimethyl phosphite and acrolein in three steps. The key steps involve an asymmetric Pudovik reaction and enzyme-catalyzed kinetic resolution.
