| Popis: | The article discusses the concepts of technology and technology transfer. The author describes the main risks The proposed analytical review of the literature on transfer (transfer) technology closes a certain gap in the domestic literature on this topic, namely, the lack of a review with an analysis of Russian publications. In the presence of a fairly significant array of articles about what technology transfer is, what types of it exist and what methods are used, so far there has been no attempt to write an overview of this array and evaluate it from the point of view of completeness, the presence of gaps in the coverage of acute issues and problems. The concepts of technology and technology transfer used in regulatory documents are also considered. The main risks of technology transfer, in particular, uncontrolled, and ways to combat them are described. The classification of technology transfer and the main methods are considered.
