Popis: | In the present work, Fourier-Transform Raman spectroscopy was used to investigate the vibrational spectral characteristics of cardiac hypertrophy induced by renal ischemic reperfusion in an animal model. It was observed that monitoring the Tyrosine and Tryptophan bands as 1558, 1616, and 1625 cm−1 is a viable way to predict mortality in cardiovascular diseases. |
