Popis: | Congenital inguinal hernias, relatively common among infants, have rarely been reported in utero. In this brief report, the prenatal diagnosis of this condition based on movement of the intestinal content within the ileal loops is described. The differential diagnosis with other masses protruding from the abdominal wall (omphalocele) or the perineal region (sacrococcygeal teratoma, hydrocele) is discussed. |
