Popis:	Label from (±)-mevalonate-2-14C has been shown to be incorporated in 10·8 per cent yield into the β- d -glucosides of the monoterpene alcohols, geraniol, nerol and citronellol by petals of the Hybrid Tea rose “Lady Seton”. The results on the percentage incorporation at different times demonstrated that the monoterpene-β- d -glucosides were in a state of rapid metabolic flux.
