ÐÑл Ñделан вÑвод, ÑÑо Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ð¾ пÑоизвеÑÑи болÑÑе иÑÑледований. In this work, the accumulated activity of radiopharmaceutical for the organs of interest in mice or rats was calculated in the form of an injected dose (ID) using experimental data, as well as data taken from a scientific article, using MS Excel. Based on these data, on the basis of the python library matplotplit.pyplot, approximated curves of drug accumulation were constructed and integrated activity were calculated, which were then converted to such activity in humans in MS Excel. After the translation of the integrated activity in the organs of mice or rats into the integrated activity in the human organs, they were used in the IDAC-Dose 2.1 program to calculate the absorbed doses in organs and the effective dose in an adult male and an adult female phantoms. It was revealed that the decay products of 68Ga and 177Lu do not contribute to biodistribution, since both radionuclides immediately decay to stable isotopes of zirconium-68 and hafnium-177, respectively. The obtained values of absorbed doses indicate in which organs the radionuclides are retained the most and generally coincide with the pattern of drug metabolism. It can be considered that the values of effective doses turned out to be normal, they can be attributed to very low radiation risk, however it is necessary to take into account that there are no established norms and criteria for their assessment in diagnosis and therapy, therefore their overall assessment becomes difficult and there is a need to describe approaches to patient dosimetry when treating patients using radiopharmaceuticals. It was concluded that more research is needed. |
