Popis: | This paper presents a useful structure, which is two-stage magnifying hyperlens based on metamaterials with the abilities of super-resolution imaging. The device is composed of a cut-section of hyperlens and a conventional hyperlens. This new structure compensates the insufficient magnification and keeps the advantages of hybrid-super hyperlens structure, which has been confirmed by the finite element method (FEM) simulations. The results indicate that the resolution of the two-stage magnifying hyperlens in the far field can reach 50 nm by using the 365 nm wavelength of incident light, which break the optical diffraction limit and is better than the resolution ability for the device of the hybrid-super hyperlens. |
