Popis: The measurement of retinal macular blood flow is important in the determination of the vascular status, in the assessment of treatment efficacy and in the evaluation of the effect of experimental drugs on the circulation. The blue field simulation (BFS) technique1is an established method for the quantitative determination of the velocity and number of leukocytes flowing in the capillaries of the central region of the visual field.2
