Popis: | This paper reports the low-frequency current and optical intensity noises of index-guided, single-mode A1GaInP laser diodes operated below and above the threshold current. The measurements were carried out in the frequency range between 10 Hz and 100 kHz. 1/ f noise and generation-recombination noise were found in the current and optical noises. We have found for the first time in literature the optical generation-recombination noise in the optical intensity of these laser diodes. |
