Popis: In this study, amine-functionalized metal–organic framework/reduced graphene oxide (NH2-MIL-125/RGO) was prepared by a one-pot hydrothermal reaction and then coated on the surface of a glassy carbon electrode (GCE). Transmission electron microscopy, Raman spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, and thermogravimetric analysis were carried out to characterize NH2-MIL-125/RGO. In addition, the electrochemical detection of BPA in a phosphate solution was performed by cyclic voltammetry (CV), differential pulse voltammetry (DPV), and AC impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Experimental results showed that NH2-MIL-125 was successfully hybridized with GO, and NH2-MIL-125/RGO was well modified on the GCE. NH2-MIL-125/RGO/GCE displayed a high sensitivity and outstanding stability for the detection of BPA because of the synergistic effects of large surface area of GO and high porosity of NH2-MIL-125. Under the optimum conditions, the current of the oxidation peak of BPA was linear with the concentration of BPA from 2.00 to 200.00 μM, and limit of detection (S/N = 3) was calculated to be 0.7966 μM. The result indicated that an electrochemical sensor with favorable, highly sensitive, and good conductive performance was successfully prepared for the detection of BPA.
