Popis:	This paper addresses the issue of cost-effective optical fibre cable delivery within current projections of fibre build. The implications are generally valid for fibre to the home (FTTH), but additional considerations will apply. The challenge lies in increasing the penetration of optical fibre for business customers and addressing the impending exhaustion of core network fibre.
