The topic of the final qualifying work: "Renovation of illegal housing blocks in the Syrian Arab Republic". This work is devoted to the analysis of the state of neighborhoods in Syria with illegal construction. In particular, an unsettled densely populated area of the city of Damascus is highlighted. The current problems and disadvantages of the residential environment are analyzed. The purpose of the study: to develop a concept for the renovation of illegal housing blocks in the Syrian Arab Republic. Research objectives: 1. Identifying the problems of illegal development in Syria 2. Comparative analysis of the Russian and Syrian regulatory frameworks for the design and construction of facilities and structures 3. Development of a land development project 4. Evaluation of the social efficiency of the land plot development. Object of study: Densely populated areas of Syrian cities with illegal development Subject of study: Possibility and ways of renovation of densely populated areas of the city of Damascus. ⢠Research methods: Comparative analysis of objects taking into account time, place of construction, historical and other conditions and generalization of the results obtained using the following methods:⢠analysis of existing design experience in Syria and abroad and construction of facilities and structures; ⢠analysis of foreign scientific developments in the field of architecture and structures, regulatory and advisory literature, design documentation; ⢠methods of visual analysis and graphical interpretation of structures. Tasks that were solved during the study: - A project of new residential and public buildings has been developed: a house, a school, a shopping and entertainment center. - Solutions have been selected to improve the area: a park with landscaping, a fountain and active recreation areas has been developed, trees and mats have been selected for landscaping, playgrounds are provided. - The problem with water supply has been solved, calculation and design have been made. A significant part of the factual material was collected on the basis of literature sources and the experience of predecessors in this subject. As a result of the work, a comprehensive solution to the problem under consideration for a particular city has been formed, involving the renovation of both buildings and infrastructure, communications. |
