Popis:	Two factors will determine any future role for arbitration institutions: efficiency and legitimacy. While efficiency is the prerequisite, addressing threats to legitimacy is the biggest challenge that arbitration institutions will face in the future. Among many challenges, institutions will need to develop codes of conduct aimed at avoiding conflicts of interest on the part of arbitrators as well as institutional staff The more institutions put in place transparent systems, the less susceptible they will be to encroachments by national courts.
