Popis:	This paper analyzes the effectiveness of colonization of arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi on the growth and phosphorus (P) nutrition of poplar (Populus nigra) seedlings. Experiments were conducted under controlled conditions using a sterilized substrate with a low level of P in nutrient solution. Seedlings were inoculated with Glomus fasciculatus (LPA7), Glomus sp (LPA11) or left uninoculated. Plants were harvested at two different dates, 10 and 16 weeks after inoculation.
