P. J. Roham alias Dadasaheb Roham was one of the greatest leaders of Ambedkarite Movement. He was a great social worker. He was actively participated in the Dalit Movement of Maharashtra. He was staunch follower and supporter of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar and his movement. He followed and tried to spread the message of Babasaheb Ambedkar and his movement entire Nagar district. The objective of the present paper is to study the contribution of P. J. Roham in Ambedkarite Movement. The methodology of the paper is, historical, descriptive, analytical as well as qualitative. This study is of great significance to evaluate the contribution of P. J. Roham in Dalit Movement with special reference to Ahmednagar district of Maharashtra. The result shows that he is considered to be one of the great leaders of his time. In conclusion, his contribution towards Ambedkarite Dalit Movement is remarkable. |
