Popis: Amorphous(a-) CoFeSiB alloy has exhibited excellent soft magnetic properties, and there have been many articles on the magnetic properties and the structures of a-CoFeSiB ribbons [1]. The a-CoFeSiB thin film is a promising material for a thin film yoke and a multilayered magnetic core. In our previous paper [2], we have reported a thermal stability of a-CoFeSiB thin films and an influence of Hf addition on the thermal stability. In this study, we report the magnetic properties and thermal stability of a-CoFeSiBHf thin films in detail.
