The current form of construction of combat infantry vehicles no longer corresponds to changing requirements. Solving this problem requires reworking and upgrading vehicles taking into account the modernist knowledge and using the latest technologies. Substantial amount of modernization projects is devoted to a more modern infantry combat vehicle IFV-2, which has bigger potential for modernization. The latest is a joint project of the Czech and Slovak defense industry, result of which is technological demonstration model marked as IFV-M2 SKCZ. Knowledge and experience of military mobile technic operation have shown that maximum adjusted speed does not depend, in many cases on engine output and parameters of gearbox but on the quality of springing system. Driving through uneven and rough roads is accompanied by impact of beam on movement limiter. Because of it this road with low and short bumpiness is accompanied by vibrations. An article discusses the possibility of using vibration analysis for needs in the diagnosis of chassis of military mobile technic. Article presents the basic theoretical knowledge of the reliability and vibration. There are presented the results of practical measurements of wheel and tracked. The main purpose of the paper is to analyze the vibration and thermal protection impact on military mobile technics available in Slovak Republic Army, to draft the possibilities for improvement and to propose the measures for increased protection of the mobile technics currently being developed or modernized in Slovak republic. |
