The article describes the algorithm for on-line extrasystole episodes automatic detection, extrasystole types differentiation, evaluation of different extrasystole episodes characteristics such as duration and frequency appearance. The 10 second sliding window with the one cardio cycle step of window shift is used for ECG signal processing and analysis. An experimental study was conducted using verified MIT-BIH AF Database records and database of the National Medical Research Center and demonstrated high effectiveness of developed algorithm. |
