In this study we show how the problem of an utility network design can be treated by using hypernets. Hypernet represents a mathematical object for describing multi-layer networks. Using such approach, it is possible to take into account the interaction between an utility network and an environment. As a result, we obtain a method of tracks finding for optimal laying of reliable enough utility network on a given area within a minimal cost. Performed numerical experiments demonstrate applicability of the method proposed. |
