Popis:	The author presents the abstract idea of creating modularity in the subjects studied for acquiring educational degrees and the knowledge necessary for the improvement of the qualification, creating parallelism and complimentarily between the education and the training. The presented ideas exist in the system of higher education but they have not been applied so far in the improvement of qualification.
