Popis: THE Hospital Administrators' Creed (Hospitals, p. 22, May, 1938) enunciates these principles: “My first great duty is to serve the sick and the suffering” and “I should endeavor at all times to maintain a strong bond of co-operation and friendship with each and every one for the advancement of our work.” Every hospital desires to have the most efficient medical staff it can obtain and desires to provide that staff with the most up-to-date equipment for the diagnosis and treatment of suffering humanity. The question of the operation of the x-ray department has been a recurring one in recent years, owing partly to the development of group hospitalization, and partly to a growing concern on the part of thinking physicians as regards trends in the practice of medicine.
