Popis: Acrylamide is a chemical commonly used for water treatment 45%, oil drilling 20%, pulp and paper 20%, mining 10%, and other 5%. Research shows that glycidamide mutations are found in one-third of the approximately 1,600 tumor genomes corresponding to 19 human tumor types from 14 organs. There is an unexpected extensive contribution of acrylamide-associated mutagenesis in human cancer. Enriched presence of glycidamide was observed in lung cancers (88%), liver tumors (73%), kidney (above 70%), bile ducts (57%), cervical (50%), and to a lesser extent, breast cancer. additional cancer.
