| Popis: | The scientific article discusses the problems that negatively affect the education of teachers as: an extra managerial approach, not being organized on the condition of self- awareness and reasoning for students, paying attention to the quality of tasks, but to the number and ways of solving them. There were conclusions that the teacher needed to be trained on the basis of the following competencies: creativity, organization, ability, activity, punctuality, hardworking and sociability. |
