Popis: | High quality nickel films having fine grains have been developed using a new electroplating method involving the emulsion of a supercritical carbon dioxide, an electroplating solution and a surfactant. The plated films using this method have a uniformity of the surface and Vickers hardness, which is better than the results obtained by using conventional electroplating methods. |
