The concept of reconstruction and adaptation of the building of the Yekateringof farm with the adjacent territory

Popis: Данная работа посвящена вопросу о воссоздании утраченного памятника Ð°Ñ€Ñ Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐºÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ñ‹, здания Фермы в Екатерингофе. В диссертации рассмотрен зарубежный и отечественный опыт целостной реконструкции ÑƒÑ‚Ñ€Ð°Ñ‡ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð·Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð¹. Рассмотрены частные примеры. Проанализированы методика и проблематика Ð²Ð¾ÑÑÐ¾Ð·Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð·Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð¹. Определена классификация Ð¾ÑÐ½Ð¾Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ†ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ¹ и методов воссоздания ÑƒÑ‚Ñ€Ð°Ñ‡ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð°Ð¼ÑÑ‚Ð½Ð¸ÐºÐ¾Ð² Ð°Ñ€Ñ Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐºÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ñ‹. Рассмотрены возникающие при этом проблемы и сложности определения критериев, при наличии ÐºÐ¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ñ‹Ñ Ð¾Ð±ÑŠÐµÐºÑ‚ может быть воссоздан. При написании выпускной квалификационной работы была сформирована источниковая база. Проведен комплексный анализ, обработка и верификация ÑÐ¾Ð±Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð³Ñ€Ð°Ñ„Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¸ Ñ‚ÐµÐºÑÑ‚Ð¾Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð°Ð»Ð¾Ð². Сформулирован вывод о Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¸ целостной реконструкции Фермы в Екатерингофе и доказана ее особая историческая и Ð°Ñ€Ñ Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐºÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ð½Ð°Ñ значимость. Исследовано местоположение и инфраструктура объекта реконструкции. При разработке концепции подобран наиболее эффективный, с общественной и туристической точек, функциональный набор зданий. По итогу работы разработана Ñ‚Ñ€ÐµÑ Ð¼ÐµÑ€Ð½Ð°Ñ модель павильонов.
This work is devoted to the issue of recreating the lost architectural monument, the Farm building in Yekaterinhof. The dissertation examines foreign and domestic experience in the integral reconstruction of lost buildings. Particular examples are considered. The methods and problems of the reconstructed buildings are analyzed. The classification of the main goals and methods of reconstruction of the lost monuments of architecture has been determined. The problems arising in this case and the difficulties in determining the criteria, in the presence of which the object can be recreated, are considered. When writing the final qualifying work, the source base was formed. A comprehensive analysis, processing and verification of the collected graphic and text materials was carried out. A conclusion is made about the need for a holistic reconstruction of the Fermy in Yekateringof and its special historical and architectural significance is proved. The location and infrastructure of the reconstruction object has been investigated. When developing the concept, the most effective, from the public and tourist points, functional set of buildings was selected. As a result of the work, a three-dimensional model of the pavilions was developed.
