Popis: In a report by UNICEF (2006), it was estimated that two million children have been killed by armed conflicts, six million were injured and disabled, more than one million were displaced or separated from their parents and twenty million were left homeless. Three years later, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) reported that in 2008, eighteen million children were forced to leave their homes either as refugees or as internally displaced persons (2009, p. 1).
