Popis: | In education sector, teaching style has been adapted to the online content platform. Student do not have to travel a long distance to attend classes. Moreover, MOOCs (Massive Online Open Courses) and flipped learning become high potential tools to support student learning process. These e-learning tools have been designed for education leading countries based on individual students' learning style. It is quite difficult to apply for other countries. In Thailand, There are insufficient number of teachers in the rural schools and teachers have to teach a lot of subjects both experienced and inexperienced subjects. This paper proposes a new design of MOOCs hybrid learning model which is suitable and effective for rural areas students and by analyzing the important features and identify the factor which have influence on student ability. From the result, MOOCs hybrid learning model was effective for rural students. They show the overall perspective of improvement in the learning process. This pattern can use with all age and even with students who have not had e-learning experience before. GPAX, discussion in forum, peer tutoring instructor factor, course factor, design factor, and focus group (JiTT) has a significant effect on score improvement. |
