Popis: В первой главе выпускной квалификационной работе даётся обзорный анализ Ð°Ð²Ñ‚Ð¾Ð¼Ð¾Ð±Ð¸Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð¸Ð·Ð²Ð¾Ð´ÑÑ‚Ð², описываются возможные дефекты, недостатки Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð³Ð¾ процесса при изготовлении автомобиля. На основе анализа делаются выводы о Ð½ÐµÐ´Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð°Ñ‚ÐºÐ°Ñ Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ†ÐµÑÑÐ¾Ð² сварки.Во второй главе описан этап разработки системы защиты резьбы болта лонжерона от выплесков металла при сварке в среде Ð·Ð°Ñ‰Ð¸Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð³Ð°Ð·Ð¾Ð², представлен метод расчёта эффективности внедрения разработки.Третья глава посвящена разработке Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð³Ð¾ процесса обработки детали «Корпус» в ÑƒÑÐ»Ð¾Ð²Ð¸ÑÑ ÑÑ€ÐµÐ´Ð½ÐµÑÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð¹Ð½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ производства с использованием станков с числовым программным управлением. В четвертой главе разработана Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ°Ñ оснастка для выбранной Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð¹ операции.
The first chapter of the final qualification work gives a review of automotive industries, and possible defects, the disadvantages of the technological process in the manufacture of a car are described. Based on the analysis, conclusions are drawn about the disadvantages of welding processes. The second chapter describes the stage of developing system, which protect a bolt from metal extensions during welding in protective gases, presented a method for calculating the effectiveness of the implementation of development. The third chapter is devoted to the development of the technological process of the “Body” part in the conditions of medium-scale production using machines with numerical management. The fourth chapter developed a technological equipment for the selected technological operation.
