Popis: | In order to explore the application and value of computer imaging technology in the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes with peripheral neuropathy based on high-frequency ultrasound image information diagnosis, this experiment was conducted. 120 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected as objects. 58 patients with type 2 diabetes and peripheral neuropathy were selected as group A, and 62 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected as group B, another 50 healthy volunteers were selected as group C. The width and thickness of the median nerve was measured at seven different positions on the right upper limb using computer high-frequency ultrasound images, the cross-sectional area of the median nerve was calculated according to the formula method, and the characteristics of the ultrasound image were observed. And the neurophysiological electrical parameters of group A and group B were measured and analyzed with group C as reference.
