Dye-jet laser pumped by the second harmonic of aQ-switched and mode-locked YAG:Nd3+laser

Popis: A report is given of the operating parameters of a dye jet laser pumped by the second harmonic of a cw Q-switched mode-locked YAG:Nd/sup 3 +/ laser. The dye laser emitted a continuous train of 250 nsec pulses at a repetition frequency of 25 kHz or a sequence of ultrashort pulse trains. A Lyot filter was used to tune the emission wavelength in the range 560--630 nm.
