Ð ÑезÑлÑÑаÑе в ÑабоÑе пÑиведен ÑÑд иÑÑледований, на оÑнове коÑоÑÑÑ Ð±Ñли пÑинÑÑÑ ÑеÑениÑ, ÑпоÑобÑÑвÑÑÑие ÑазвиÑÐ¸Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð¸, а Ñакже ÑвелиÑÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿ÑибÑли. This work is devoted to developing a marketing strategy for an enterprise that provides car rental services. The tasks that were solved during the research: to study the characteristics of the enterprise under study. To analyze the marketing activities of the enterprise.To analyze the market of car rental services. To describe the profile of the target audience of the enterprise. Develop empathy maps for the target segments. Analyze the needs and characteristics of the segments. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing communications already in place in the enterprise. To develop programs of activities to promote services aimed at the main target segments. To estimate the effectiveness of the suggested measures. The work was carried out in LLC «Avtopartner». During work the analysis of market opportunities for growth of the enterprise was carried out. Also, recommendations on formation of strategy of target marketing of the enterprise were developed and expediency of one or another of the proposed recommendations was analyzed. As a result, a few studies are given in the work, based on which decisions have been made, contributing to the development of the company, as well as an increase in profits. |
