Popis: | The authors develop steel 16Kh2N3MFBAYu-Sh (VKs7-Sh) with the following chemical composition: 0.14-0.19% C; 1.8-2.2% Cr; 2.7-3.0% Ni; 0.4-0.6 Mo; 0.1-0.2% V; 0.1-0.2% Nb; 0.02-0.07% Al; 0.0150.03% N. The steel is alloyed in small amounts with surface-active elements (Mo, V, Nb), which not only ensure the formation of globular carbides but which also suppress grain growth during carburization heating to 950 C. The properties of steel 16Kh2N3MFBAYu-Sh and steel 12Kh2N4A are compared. The advantages of the 16Kh2NFBAYu-Sh steel are discussed. The cost of the new steel does not exceed the cost of steel 12Kh2N4A and is lower than that of steel 18Kh2N4VA. |
