Popis: Pemphigus vulgaris (PV) is an autoimmune blister disease which is a common type of pemphigus. It affects the oral mucosa and skin area. PV blister looks the same as the other blister disease. Thus, diagnosis of PV disease is difficult because of the fact that only one characteristic is identifying the PV blister that is Nikolsky’s sign (bulla spread sign). Ruptures of the blisters make erosion on the surface of the skin area. The clinical diagnosis of PV is more painful. Therefore, selecting an area of relevant diagnosis through image processing is important not just for dermatologists but for non-expert person as well. The proposed work is an attempt to provide a solution for the detection of PV in the developmental stages of skin erosion. We developed a systematic and effective framework for identifying PV from relevant information, image data, and the description. Our system works in two sections, the first is interrogation about symptoms and the second to detect blister images. The accuracy rate of the system to successfully detect PV blister is 88.67%.
